2022 will follow much the same format as 2021 - when we had nearly 500 cars booked to show, including 25 different Clubs from single marque to regionally based groups, from Mini to Ferrari. Many of whom have been kind enough to support us in the past at our previous venue, Elveden.
The day was a static event with no mobile displays, just lots of car owners committed to helping us raise money for our charities by displaying their fine cars, and over £21,000 was raised on the day. We had over fifty stalls, including crafts, produce, and hot food.
Our Motoring Sponsors Krazy Horse and Classic Prestige both had a wide range of cars on display on their stands - cars that you could buy.
There is a lakeside circular walk of about 2km, and the Gardens, Terrace, and Park open to all. The lake and stream are deep water and unfenced, and children and dogs should be closely supervised.
In 2021, this was the first major event in the area since the pandemic started and for some Exhibitors the first major car show in nearly two years, we are proud to have been able to go ahead with the support of Culford School and pleased to see so many people getting used to being together again.
We will be back here in 2022 and we have reviewed the traffic and entry arrangements - and we will have more toilets!
